qqee Terms and Conditions

In this document, "qqee", "we", "our" refers to the online gaming and betting platform operating under the domain qqeecom.cam. "User", "you", "member" refers to any person registered on the platform. "Service" refers to qqee's website, mobile application, and all related services.

These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. The qqee platform provides various online entertainment services including sports betting, casino games, slots, and live dealer games. These terms are equally valid in English and Bengali; in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. If it is found that a person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses or deposited funds in those accounts may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making a total balance of ৳2,000 — to withdraw, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement must be met before a bonus is accepted and winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If a user attempts to claim the same promotion more than once, the bonus will be cancelled.

6.1 General Betting Rules

When participating in sports betting, casino games, and slots on qqee, the specific rules of each game or bet will apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a server error, disconnection, or any other technical issue occurs during a game or betting session, qqee will review the situation and make a decision. Any win or loss will only be considered final once confirmed results are received from the game provider's system.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

6.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, bets on cancelled or suspended matches will be voided and funds returned. Odds in live betting may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will be treated as final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqee platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Placing unusual bets by exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using automated or bot programs.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorisation.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on qqee's systems or network.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately and all associated balances and bonuses will be forfeited.

8.1 qqee's Rights

qqee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• If the user does not cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they can inform the support team via 24/7 live chat or email. It is possible to withdraw all verified balances before closure.
